The iconic reality star ate at Craig's restaurant, wearing a eye-wateringly tight outfit to do so.
Kim, 34, wore a brown leather top which had a plunging neckline and had vintage style buttons going down the front. Topping off the look with a pair of tan suede strappy sandals, she was sporting a mani-pedi in a natural light pink colour.
She carried her phone in her hand and added a dramatic flourish to her look with full make-up and sleek and straight hair.
The outing comes after the KUWTK star made a short yet memorable appearance on the Conan show to premiere a new advert.
'Hi. I'm Kim. Each month millions of gigs of unused data are taken back by wireless companies. Tragic,' she deadpanned at the start of the 30-second T-Mobile clip.
'Data you paid for that could be used to see my makeup, my backhand, my outfits, my vacation and my outfits,' she continued in her serious tone.
The 30-second spot opened with Kim wearing a black jacket over black bandeau top and described her as 'Kim Kardashian West, famous person'.
Meanwhile, Kim addressed rumours surrounding her stepfather Bruce after reports suggest he could be transitioning into a woman.
She told Entertainment Tonight: 'I guess I'll kind of let everyone be curious and I feel like that's his journey to talk about...I will say that I think Bruce should tell his story his way.'
