Madonna, Ed Sheeran & Ariana Grande To Take The Stage At 2015 Grammys, The names of some of the acts performing at the 57th Grammy Awards were announced yesterday (Jan. 13) and it looks like it's already shaping up to be a show to remember!
Madonna, Ed Sheeran, AC/DC, Eric Church and Ariana Grande are all set to hit the Staples Center Stage in Los Angeles on Feb. 8 for one of the biggest nights on the music calender. So far, all of the announced performers -- except musical greats Madonna and AC/DC -- have also bagged themselves nominations at the event.
Country star Church is up for an impressive four trophies, including best country album for The Outsiders. Sheeran has been nominated in three categories, including album of the year and best pop vocal album for X, and first-time nominee Grande is up for two wins, best pop vocal album for My Everything and best pop/duo group performance for smash hit Bang Bang.The show will mark the first time rockers AC/DC, Church and Grande have performed at the bash. Madonna -- who strongly hinted that she was performing at the awards show to fans on Monday night with an Instagram post -- is thought to be performing new single 'Living For Live," which was leaked, along with five other new tracks, off her upcoming album Rebel Heart in December.
Leading the way in nominations are Sam Smith and Grammy mavericks Beyonce and Pharrell Williams, who are all up for six awards each. Other acts to have made the cut include Taylor Swift and Jay Z, who have both garnered multiple nods. And, like always, the night will also see a few unusual artists up for wins, including James Franco (Best Spoken Word Album for Actors Anonymous) to Malala Yousafzai.
