LaRon Landry, former Indianapolis Colts safety, has seen his share of suspensions for PED violations, but he posted this photo to Twitter Thursday. It instantly raised eyebrows, as some say Landry hasn't learned his lesson.

Free-agent safety LaRon Landry has always been known for having freakishly large arms.

Landry, cut by his latest team, the Indianapolis Colts, in February, is probably better known for this photo of his guns from 2012 that quickly went more viral than anything he's done on the football field.

Amazingly, it seems that Landry's arms have gotten even bigger based on this photo that hit Twitter on Thursday.Oh, we should mention that Landry will miss the first 10 games of the 2015 season after he was suspended for a PED violation.

LaRon Landry arms, LaRon Landry’s arms are bigger than his head, and Landry’s selfie of his arms taken at the gym has caused a Twitter uproar including comments that Landry’s biceps are about to explode, that they are bigger than some people’s torso, and that the suspended free-agent NFL’er looks like “he fell into a vat of radioactive steroids and absorbed all of it.”

As reported by Sporting News on April 3, Landry shared his selfie showing his huge arms on Twitter on Thursday, and it appears that the 30-year-old suspended NFL’er is getting his money’s worth in the gym. Or is money buying a bit more?

NFL safety LaRon is suspended without pay for the first 10 games of 2015. The suspension came after his second performance-enhancing drug (PED) policy violation. Landry’s first PED violation while playing for the Colts in 2014 had resulted in a four-game suspension.

In 2012, Landry spoke about his amazing arms and biceps in an interview and said that they are part of who he is and that he can’t do anything about them. He pointed out how difficult it was to find the right clothes and that he had to have suits custom made for him.

“The arms come natural with any type of lifting I do. I get a pump with my arms … I could be doing a just chest work out and get a pump with my arms. I have the proper technique and everything. The arms are going to be the arms. I can’t do anything about them.”

Poor LaRon has to live with humongous arms and can’t do anything about them but go to the gym and take some selfies to share with his fans? Most Twitter fans are not buying it and are voicing their opinions. “Best Thing on Twitter Today: Former Colts safety LaRon Landry has become a real life Incredible Hulk.” Or as Redskins CBS Local puts it: “Former Redskins safety LaRon Landry has built the physique of a comic book hero during his time in the NFL, morphing from a reckless big hitter in his early years (‘Dirty 30′) into a gym-selfie god (#LaRoning).”
