The 40-year-old fashion designer stuck her head up the bottom of a cow while paying a visit to the Saatchi gallery in London and posted the results to her Twitter account.
It must have been positively FRISSION outside as she kept warm in a bobble hat worn with a low-key black ensemble and topped off with Stan Smith Adidas trainers.
