Costume Quest offers you an RPG, adventure experience during a night of trick-or-treating gone wrong. Your sibling is stolen by a monster, and you’re going to rescue them, one turn-based battle at a time. Thankfully, you’re not just a mere child going up against these creatures of the night. Costumes grant you powers and boost you to the size of a Power Rangers “make my monsters grow” kind of fight. When you’re not beating down other baddies, you’ll have fun upgrading your costumes and using candy as cash. Although, as a child, I imagine trading candy as currency takes a hell of a lot of willpower.
