We will kill you': One Direction fans post threatening comments about Niall Horan's rumoured new girlfriend Melissa Whitelaw, Niall Horan's rumoured girlfriend is being bombarded with abuse by One Direction fans.

Melissa Whitelaw's Instagram page has been lit up with comments from Directioners telling her that she 'doesn't deserve him' and another says the fandom 'will kill' her if she hurts the singer.

The abusive attention comes after Melissa and Niall were allegedly seen sharing a kiss at a casino in Sydney.Whitelaw has now amounted over 100,000 followers on her Instagram page as fans clamour to find out more about Horan's would-be love.

On Twitter, one user wrote: 'Melissa Whitelaw can f***ing leave on her own or be forced out. Choose wisely b***h.'

Melissa, 21, responded to the hate with a message of her own: 'I haven't done anything to any of you so please stop sending me mean comments.'

'For all you asking yeah Niall and I dating. Niall has not posted about it because we have decided we will wait until it's the right time.'

Niall was without Melissa but with his bandmates, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayne Malik and Louis Tomlinson as they set off from Melbourne for Adelaide on Tuesday ahead of their concert at AAMI Stadium that same night.
