Taylor Swift cat scratch, Taylor Swift got into one heck of a cat fight — and this time it wasn’t with pop star Katy Perry.
The 25-year-old singer released a photo Saturday showing a nasty cut on her heavily insured left leg — a wound apparently inflicted by her feline Meredith.
Such an injury would typically be no big deal, but the “Shake It Off” singer’s legs have reportedly been insured for $40 million.
In her light-hearted tweet, Swift joked that Meredith now has some paying up to do.
“Great work Meredith I was just trying to love you and now you owe me 40 million dollars,” read the pic’s caption.
Posting updates on her cats — Meredith and Olivia — is nothing new for Swift.The “I Knew You Were Trouble” singer regularly posts photos of her two feline friends on Instagram.
Last December, she showed off new cat carriers purchased by her mother.
“Not that giving Christmas presents is a competition, but this year, my mom won,” Swift captioned a pic.Swift’s cat fight came 10 days after the National Enquirer reported that she was moving forward with a plan to insure her $40 million gams.
