Bo Jackson Adam LaRoche, Now this is one heck of a "you are old" moment. Bo Jackson, former two-sport All-Star and current spring training instructor with the White Sox, had to explain to Adam LaRoche's 13-year-old son Drake who Bo Jackon is. Here's the video from White Sox camp:
“I'm the only player to make it to the Pro Bowl in football and the All-Star Game in baseball, and (I was) the MVP of the All-Star Game," said Jackson.
“That's pretty awesome,” said Drake. Yes. Pretty awesome indeed.
