Horse thief beaten by police

Horse crook crushed by police, A news video showing a suspected horse crook being crushed by police in San Bernardino County, California, has drawn attention from enforcement officers and therefore the public.

The video was shot from associate degree NBC l. a. chopper and shows a sheriff’s chopper landing next to the alleged crook, WHO falls off the horse and is stun gunned by a deputy, WHO punches and knees the person before being joined by others.

Francis Jared Pusok, 30, is being treated at a hospital, NBC said. His injuries weren’t disclosed.

The incident began once deputies were serving an enquiry warrant associated with associate degree fraud investigation. Pusok allegedly fled in an exceedingly vehicle before stealing a horse in San Bernardino parkland.
One deputy was out of action once the horse kicked him and 2 others were treated for dehydration, a sheriff’s voice told NBC News.

"The video close this incident is troubling and that i have ordered an inside investigation be conducted like a shot," law officer John McMahon aforementioned in an exceedingly statement.

A criminal investigation is also current.

Ten deputies concerned within the incident were placed on paid body leave, the big apple Daily News reported .

Pusok’s lawyer Jim Terrell referred to as the incident “far worse than Rodney King,” CBS l. a. reported .

“What I saw on the tv was thugs beating up my consumer. That’s what I saw,” Terrell aforementioned.

"To me, it had been sort of a joyride for the cops to try and do this to him. (It was) brutality,” Pusok’s mother, Anne Clemenson, said, in keeping with NBC l. a. . He did not merit one thing like that," Clemenson aforementioned, "To Tase him, the beatings that I see them doing to him — it's uncalled for. You see him egg laying down, and that they still kick him, touch him and punching him. Why?"
