The couple recently put his Spring Break antics behind them after he was caught on camera looking rather flirty with a university pal and doing body shots off her stomach.
Patrick denied any wrongdoing - saying the girl was a pal's girlfriend - but he was back home in Los Angeles while Miley was further North in the state on Tuesday.
