New Jersey man arrested on sexual assault, burglary charges, A man was charged with sexual assault of a 19-year-old woman, a statement from the Ocean County, N.J., prosecutor announced Friday.

Christopher Rios, 21, of Jackson Township, N.J., faces charges of aggravated sexual assault and burglary for allegedly entering the alleged victim's residence in August through a basement window and sexually assaulting her while she slept, the statement from Prosecutor Joseph Coronato and Plumsted Township Police Chief Matthew Petrecca said.

Rios' bail was set at $250,000, a county news release said
