Michael jackson child molestation charges, Richmond police arrested Michael T. Dismukes early Saturday on a warrant charge of child molesting, a Class A felony.
Dismukes was taken into custody at 2:52 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Richmond Avenue. He was lodged in the Wayne County Jail with bail set at $75,000.
Dismukes already has four felony charges — burglary (a Class B felony), theft (a Class D felony), residential entry (a Class D felony) and resisting law enforcement (a Class D felony) — pending in Wayne County Circuit Court stemming from a November 2013 arrest, according to court records. He had posted 10 percent of $15,000 bail on Nov. 28.
Dismukes is scheduled to appear in Wayne County Circuit Court for a pre-trial conference on those charges at 9 a.m. Jan. 27.
